About:The Mia Moo Fund is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to raising awareness and funds towards research, treatments and causes of cleft lip & palate. We invite everyone countrywide to participate with us as we strive to support one another, lend a helping hand and bring a smile to each and every child.

The organization began in 2014 after Mia Robertson, daughter of Jase and Missy Robertson, completed surgery for her cleft lip / palate. As Mia entered surgery, thousands of supportive fans tweeted, blogged and talked about how strong and beautiful she was. It was both empowering and inspiring. It has since become their mission to bring this type of support and love to each and every child that suffers from cleft lip and palate.

Congressman Trent Franks was born with a severe cleft lip and palate, and doctors warned his parents their son might not live long. But, said Franks in a July 2005 interview with The Arizona Republic, they sent him to a children's hospital in Denver where he eventually underwent nine operations, the first at just 2 weeks old.

    Dear Robertson Family,
My name is Destiney and I am a really big fan of your show and I love how you guys do everything redneck style it's awesome. I watched your guys show about Mia and her wanting a family reunion it was so cool I extremely sorry that you guys have been going through this with her and she is a very strong young lady, I could never imagine going through something like with any of my kids. I can say that I freaked out when my youngest daughter was born and the nurse told me that I had a healthy 6 lbs 8 oz baby with six fingers on each hand and her first two toes on each was web, I cried like a baby but she had two seperatr surgeries and that was it. I don't think I would of been strong enough to go through more than that.
I hope that she gets to a point where she doesn't have to has anymore surgeries . I will share and try to get people to donate to help with your fund raiser I think you guys are doing a great thing. Hope you guys have a good day
